  1. "Yeah, unfortunately a lot of people devolved." Leanne muttered. As much as she didn't want to admit it, Ike did make her feel better since he was so upbeat and positive. She almost cracked a small smile listening to him. "Anyway..." She trailed off. "What're you up to?"
  2. Ike was obviously riled up, but she didn't want him to go up and fight them. "No, no." Leanne said. "That'll make it worse, since according to them 'women fight through men'."
  3. Leanne turned Ike's idea over in her mind, thinking it may be good. But then again, she was one of the oldest members on the team and still has no respect from her teammates. "Decent idea, but these guys are not like that." She told Ike. "And no, I haven't gotten a hold of him. I think he's ignoring me." Leanne wondered if that was the case, if he WAS ingoring her, why? Was it something she did?
  4. Leanne wiped a tear of rage from her eye with the back of her hand before replying to Ike. "Because my team is full of hot-headed jerks." She sighed. "Apparently because I'm not a man, I can't work on the force."
  5. Leanne dialed Taylor the next day, for about the fourth time. Still no answer. But her uneasiness transformed into a splint of annoyance, the fact he called about something he said was important and then completely bailed. But she tried to vent and went to a nearby Cosmo Bucks for a Coffee. As she was leaving, she saw an ODST leaving the shop, but she recognized the Echo Team crest on his shoulder and became suspicious. Leanne, bent on investigating and went to the soldier who was getting into a warthog with another Trooper. But before they could leave, she intercepted them as the driver started the vehicle's engine. "So... Where are you two off to?" She asked them, crossing her arms over her chest. The two ODSTs exchanged looks, and snickered. Obviously new recruits judging by their fresh armor. "Emergency call." One of them said, puffing out his chest, heroically. "Yeah, you should get to safety, little lady." A vein bulged in Leanne's forehead, irritated by their banter. She popped her hand in her pocket and produced a her ODST Badge, designating her as a 2 year veteran and squad second in command. The two recruits instantly went silent, obviously intimidated. "So, what is it you guys are doing?" She asked again. "Oh, so she's the one we're not supposed to tell." The driver said. "Not supposed to tell, huh?" Leanne countered. "Who said?" .... Leanne, being the higher rank, subordinated the driver to the back troop seats, while she drove the hog to HQ. She clutched the steering wheel, until her knuckles turned white from the grip. The recruits just sat in their seats, awkwardly quiet, obviously a bit uneasy by her silent anger. They finally arrived, after an hour drive to the space tether, connecting to their station and frigate. They all dismounted the vehicle and boarded the elevator, while the recruits kept their distance from Leanne. Once up, they went straight to the captain's room and barged into the office, which was full of the rest of Echo Team. "As you can see, the rebels have moved th--." Captain Stanford stopped, seeing Leanne burst through the door, followed by the novice troopers that sulked behind her. Stanford sighed. "You two were not supposed to let her know." "Sorry, Sir." The two said in unison, looking down. "I want answers." Leanne said, angrily. "Why was I not supposed to know?" "Uh, well." Stanford began, mumbling. "Because you should be in the kitchen." Kennard yelled from the crowd, laughing and high-fiving those around him. Leanne was ballistic. This spurred her so badly, she shook with clenched fists. "It's because I'm a woman?" She said through clenched teeth. That's when Kennard got up and walked right to her until he stared her down. "That's what I said, b****." He told her. "You're supposed to be pleasing men." Kennard instantly saw his mistake, he forgot his helmet, and stood unprepared as Leanne backhanded him right off his feet. He fell flat on his back, absolutely dazed by it's impact. She then turned around and exited the room, slamming the door behind her, feeling a bit better after laying Kennard out. 'What an a******.' She thought, angrily.

Maybe, or the brown overcoat. Those are cool.

  7. Lol, I never used DLC forearms because of that.
  8. Dammit! Now RvB season 11 over!? D:

  9. Thruster pack is #1. Get away from grenades or get into cover? No problem. Ninja people or trick jump? Easy peasy. Fun to use, not as cool as the evade, AKA barrel role ability which "rolled" in style. But I like the thrust.
  10. And make sure there's a script, and good voice actors. Forge maps (if used) should be made so camera angles are accessible, plus a good story... A UNIQUE story. Don't go in with violence only, Rise of the Spartans rip off. Make sure it has your mind in it.
  11. The goodbye almost had me in tears, but my favorite moment in the game was when Captain Del Rio was getting all up in MC's business, and he simply said no.... I half expected a backhand like the bumper of a car. But I also liked in mission 2 when you exit the cave and see Requiem in the sunlight and the awe inspiring music plays.
  12. Oh... great campaign.... But my fav mission HAS to be Quarantine Zone, the large scale of chaos going on was incredibly fun. I loved to dual wield a Plasma Pistol and a Magnum.... but since those were rare, I usually used Plasma Rifles. Character.... character... Sergeant Johnson , but for playable characters, I liked the Arbiter. His missions were interesting, plus playing as the enemy alongside grunts and jackals was pretty cool... and funny when I freak out and kill them too. XD
  13. 'Ike... nice name.' She thought. "My name is Leanne." She answered, a bit mot shyly than originally intended. Then added; "Leanne Xandrovich." She watched him tinker with his weapons, a bit show-offingly, but again, guys are guys. The next couple minutes they spen walking in awkward silence, exchanging quiet looks at one another.
  14. Definitely worth checking out... gotta add it to the list. Looks good.
  15. "Buck, huh?" Leanne said. "I was waiting for a friend of mine too. Haven't seen him in a long while." She paused, looking at the ODST. He seemed to be looking at nothing in particular... most likely using the VISR for something. And knowing guys, it's nothing too interesting. "So... What was your name again?" She asked.
  16. "Yes, actually." Leanne replied, a bit glad he wasn't as awkward as she was. Would've been silence if it was up to her. "Echo Squad ODST unit. And judging by your outfit, you may share the same occupation"
  17. The ODST that had greeted her seemed to have fallen sideways... why? No idea. But his voice when he replied sounded a bit crestfallen. Leanne, obviously having nothing else to do, walked towards the man. "Hey, wait up." She said.
  18. Leanne turned, when she heard someone speak. The appearance of the newcomer was fairly visible in the night, via street lamps, and seemed to be wearing a set of ODST armor. Recruit model by what she knew. "Um, yeah." She called back to the guy. "I guess" She added.
  19. 8:30.... PM..... Still no Taylor. Leanne began to get a bit worried. 'Why is he late?' She thought. 'He was always so serious, and never leaves or cancels anything without notice.' So in that case...He called her here, yet he did not show, call ahead, or mentioned absence. This inhabited her with a pinch of irritation. 8:41... PM. Leanne breathed in, and sighed deeply. "Damn it. Taylor" she said, getting up from the bench she was waiting on.
  20. Head contusion... Yay...

  21. Did you know Lil Dog was one of the youngest News Group member?
  22. Did you know my name can only be correctly pronounced by Europeans?
  23. RWBY season over.... WHY?

    1. Is not JL

      Is not JL

I can't say I'm disappointed with the season, but neither can I say I'm satisfied.

  24. I see that'. BUT how would that fit with the other things we saw in the trailers? It needs more development. I mean, it'd be much more fun if seeing the arbiter was a surprise in a later game than us demanding it now.
