I would see that to be a good but challenging skull, maybe a skull that doesn't let you use covenant/forerunner weapons.

The range seems to be a little higher, plus it looks like a frigate.

Snipers to me are more for range, but the Beam Rifle is snapshot city for me.

I go by the phrase "you got the ticket, you know where to stick it." It's also great for dropping shields.

Scorpion for sure. The Wraith is good time to time but it's much better in speed (I think) and it's just too much fun when you get the whole team to pile on it.
