Well, Halo 4 is awesome, and I appreciate the hard work put into this fantastic game. But of course, there's room for improvement. I don't want this to be a rant, just constructive criticism for 343. Joining games in progress *Allow players to choose whether they want to join games in progress or opt out. *Lower XP payouts for players joining a late-game match? WTF? Pay out the same XP to late joiners as you pay the starters. *Or, Don’t allow joining in the late game at all, for that matter. XP, Progression and Specializations *Take away the XP cap, or raise it to a point that only the sleepless ever see it *Give access to all the specializations to everyone already *This goes with access to specializations, but remove the SR-70 Rank Cap *Get more creative with challenges and boost the XP earned from them *Make the monthly challenges just a bit more challenging and raise the XP reward *Bring bonus events like double xp weekend, jackpot weekends, special holiday stuff Playlists, Maps and Matchmaking *Mix it up more on map selection. I see the same four maps all day long *Match players by skill level more closely *Please give us: Assault, Doubles, Grifball, BTB Objectives and Multi-Team playlists *Forget the words “rocket race” ever existed, thanks in advance. Online Issues *Boot inactive players *Boot players that cheat or use lag switches, etc. *Optimize matchups for best connections with players who have good connections *Many intermittent server problems should be fixed. *Stop your server from robbing me of XP from challenges and commendations *Suspend or ban repeat offenders PS: Where is the “Rock’em Sock’em Robots” gametype? After all...We have friggin robots now!

There's no way I'm going to believe 343 industries doesn't read posts on this forum. Smart businesses that succeed don't get where they are by ignoring the voice of their target audience. There's tons of tools out there that makes it easy for a company to gather data regarding what people are saying about them. I think we'd be naive to think 343 doesn't read, watch and listen to as much as they can to cull very valuable feedback.
