And when we got a ranking system no new players was regained and another half of the population left within a week. Way to go.
-
Threre was 90k in the Nuketown playlist of BO2 alone a couple of hours ago. Kinda puts the online success story of Halo4 into perspective About 550k + 100k zombies online as we speak. Halol4? 25k TOTAL?

I agree this Slayer Pro (no motion sensor) crap really ruins just about any Halo game play. It was equally annoying in H3 and Reach Slayer lists. They should put that **** in a separate playlist once and for all.

Enthralled? Game lost half of its already poor online population in a week. That's the result of CSR. But go ahead. Be proud all you "Halo saviours". And now you have nothing but competitive play to choose from. Super relaxing. Right?
-
If this game would have been more successful, you'd seen the map packs we got until now spread out for a much longer time Kasper. Also XBox just got about two years left at the the release day of this game, they can't have a three year release plan. I sometimes wonder how good online would have been if 343i/Ms decided to have two of the map packs released within the game for free. This was probably the original plan. Until devious milking plans came about.

No, Gandhi was wrong about the benefits of the CSR system too. A week in everyone gets frustrated to play after like 30mins. People standby everywhere, afraid to quit matches because rank loss. Matchups are worse than ever connect wise, and pop are dropping rapidly. I PREDICED IT. Game needed more casuals, not a new ranking system.

No they havent and they suck balls at Halo. Jetpack is only good if the player is good. For the rest its a deathtrap.
-
Do you think pro players care a rats ass about rank? They dont.

Chances are you get more bad connect matches now since CSR matchup algorithms probably relies on rank levels more than connects/ping now. I can imagine this anyway. One sad thing I noticed yesterday is that standby greifing is back plenty. People just join matches to drag teams down to a loss. Saw it happen in every other match actually.

I spent 3yrs at BJ in H3. Had an awful time to adjust in Reach (jetpack), and I thought about going back in H4, but I didn't. Jetpack is still easilly the most rewarding and fun loadout once you run it like second nature, so I'm still at default.

Hey Bloody Initiate. I read your posts here and I actually agree with some of your conclusions. Like your posts too Vaulting Frog. I think you hit the hammer on the nail so to speak. Constructive posts dudes!

Yes its hard to understand, when the very same individual spend endless time complaining about the 'devastating casualization' of Halo4. Its not only hard to understand. Its provokative.
-
Ok. You got your dose of gaming then. Perhaps you had enough?
-
No its better. You can strafe in parts of burst shots on close/mid distance . Much like H3 BR. I like that and make use of it plenty.

You play Mw3?? The game with the largest hitboxes since dawn of time. And you have the guts to complain on Halo4? Hahaha. Un****ingbelievable.
-
Yeah. Blame that on Halo 4 too, TornadoFlame. Do you realize how silly you sound? People don't talk in COD either these days. It was TEN times more chatty in MW2 days. This may also be Halo4s fault. Right? I can tell u the reason; you had waay more casuals on XBL back then in these type of games. That's all. Back in H3 it was the same, but with the addition people found a chat function on their new console and went bananas over it. It's old now.

BR is better really. I mean it.

BTW there's still noobs around. I played some slayer solo tonight and I think I had like 25-30 kills like five matches in a row. One poor sod on the other team was nulled twice! LULZ So yeah the noobs are still out there. Guys gotta have creds for staying in the lobby hehe
-
No I'm a Halo fan. Didn't play CE tho. I have over 4000 matches in Halo3. You most certainly not
-
I escape all the time. You just need to be more on the move in engagements in this game. Almost hit n run style. And besides, why do you want to up tthe deadluness then? To make the game worse? Its like some of you guys lack the smallest sense of logic sometimes. Unbelievable.

I think it is. Those old games are too slow. Hell moving around in Halo3 match making feels like moving in mud. Also all perspectives seems off. Especially zoomed in with BR. All seems flat, non 3-dimensional somehow. Awkward. You're the one needing weed to cope with that **** Chris.
-
And this is also the reason lone wolf style 'pro' players want it IMO.

Not sure of this. Whenever we play full party winning matches & tactics becomes essential. This thing comes sorta automatically from teaming up IMO. We never cared a rats ass about ranks. Not even in H3 days. People was on whatever account anyway so to speak.

i use BR because its better than the DMR att all distances except perhaps the very longest. With the BR you can strafe/move in parts of a burst. This cant be done with the DMR. BR superior

Halo 4 Waypoint Ranking System Will Not Save The Game
Halogeek99 replied to Haifisch's topic in Halo 4
A clan ladder would be cool for Halo4.
