I Hope they do. When Halo 3 was at its prime, Recon was only Available to Bungie employees and a few lucky Players who Bungie gave Recon to. I feel that the exclusivity of Recon back then made Halo 3 a whole funner since many people made unique videos, screenshots, maps etc. to try and impress Bungie in any way to try and earn Recon. Those were the Good ole' days.

Hello Halo 4 community! I have a question for you today. I just recently purchased Halo 4 And I have to admit it's the best game ever! But One thing kind of disappointed me. You have to have at least 8 GB of memory to play wargames. So I said "okay well just buy a 16 GB USB flash drive And I'll be fine right.." So about the flash drive and installed war games. But I want to take the game to my friends house Play on his Xbox. My question is can I take my flash drive so that he doesn't have to install wargames on his Xbox because he doesn't have enough memory? Will We be able to play Halo 4 custom games?
