XXX Snake Man

I have the same issue. I called xbox support and they said to clear the cache and re-download your profile. I tried both and nothing worked. I have completed 27 challenges so far...One of my friends unlocked the achievement right on 25 challenges completed. Not sure what the problem is..343 please fix this problem
