    Had the same problem with Requiem. Completed it on Legendary, but never got credit for the Weekly Challenge, nor is it showing under commendations. Didn't unlock my Mark IV armor either when I finished the game. My internet service is always dropping for no reason, I'm thinking this may have something to do with it. It probably dropped sometime before I finished the level.
