Ever since I got a wireless adapter and connected to Xbox live I have been having sound problems with campaign War Games and Spartan Ops and after the game is done I am getting a disc unreadable error. A replacement copy for Halo 4 is already on it's way but from what I am hearing this error keeps happening. Is anyone else having this issue and is 343 industries aware of what is going on?
