I am also having the same problem, it's exactly what happened at launch! This is a joke. It says I'm SR 1 when I'm SR64! and won't let me play spartan ops and also for matchmaking puts me with other people in the same situation! My connection is fine! Sort it out! Haven't seen any mention of someone looking into this!
