    "We can do better and we will" we've been hearing this stuff since reach came out and it was an absolute FLOP

    The weapon is definately OP, people are using the Boltshot more than their primary weapon. Teamed with Promethean Vision and hiding in corners, it is made as powerful as the shotgun. Just nerf it to take 3 quarter shields off and it would be fine. 1 shot is just crazy.
