so do i have to purchase the map packs or i can get them, when they are released, thanks to my limited edition codes? (it says it's included)

I bought the limited edition of halo 4, i've redeemed all the codes in there but i can't seem to download or get the map packs. The live-store says it's included in the limited edition, but it still charges me the microsoft points to download it. i already have the specializations, emblems, armor skin and weapon skin... but no new maps for me, does anyone knows what can i do to get the maps included with my limited edition?
