Artic Phantom

I've got a problem with the Forest Armor Skin that i got with the GameStop Pre-Order. The legs portion of the armor did not load with the forest pattern on it and with the trouble's i had to get a working code i like to know if i'm just a one off or is there other people out there with the same problem. hell if i could i would try downloading it again to solve this problem but i cant find anything that will let me
