  1. Hello community. I am not quite sure where to post my issue but I have seen it rampant across several forums. I received my pre-ordered copy of Halo 4 on November 6th. The disc was unreadable and therefore was replaced two days later. No problem. Now I have been using a different copy of the game and it has yet to work consistently. Sometimes it reads and sometimes it doesn't. Sometimes it allows to me to play multiplayer and other times it drops me from the game entirely with no stat reception. Long story short, this is a huge issue. The game simply does not work properly. I just need an answer. What is 343 doing to resolve this widespread problem? All my other games work perfectly. Borderlands 2, Skyrim, Fallout New Vegas, etc. What is the issue? I have seen this problem reported all over but one thing is missing. That thing is any sort of accountability or responsibility put forth by the developer. I do not require a disc clean up, cache clear, re-install, or any other generic, simple answer provided by Microsoft support. Please, give me a sliver of hope that this is being worked on. Please, let me rest easy knowing that sooner or later these kinks will be ironed out. I have been a loyal consumer of every Halo game made and would just like to see someone understand that after hundreds of dollars invested I need an answer. I will not buy a third copy of the game with hopes that it starts working. I need 343 to give us some kind of insight as to what the issues may be. The disc drive is fine. The xbox is fine. No more console fix advice. Answers relevant to my questions. 343 has done a great job carrying the torch of a great series which is what the company was founded upon. I just want to be able to enjoy it. So far I have reached level 29 on Infinity but have been dealing with these issues for almost a month. Once more--please provide some useful advice regarding the game, a bug, or some sort of update conflict that prevents me from enjoying an otherwise flawless game. Thanks in advance for the advisement and I hope to see everyone playing smoothly in the near future.
