versa

is the halo 4 server down for everybody or is it just me. some friends on my list are able to play but i cant get into the actual match making or spartan ops. i am only getting the default playist and only 6 game variants. when i do get into a matchmade game and finish it i only get XP for game completion. is anybody having this same issue or does anyone have a solution. please let me know
