    I was on the back up server for 3 days. I can't play spartan ops( error message: xbox live gold access required), and my level is SR1 and there's only 600 people in war games. No H) Have you tried cleaning your Cache or doing other things to try to solve the problem? I tried everything everyone else suggested.
