still have not received my Specialization email.....

So I am doing this because Xbox Support couldn't tell me anything about me not recieving my email except to write on 343i forum with my gamertag: l Orchid l and my email address: [email protected] . As you can imagine I am extremely disappointed since Xbox Support informed that all emails have been sent out and that I should have recieved them. So 343 please send me my email.
