    Same here. Chatted with a microsoft rep, and they said there was nothing that could be done to retrieve it, so I am stuck. She had mentioned that the issue is pretty prevalent and that just maybe if there are enough complaints about it, there may be something done. Has anyone heard any word from 343i rep regarding if they plan on fixing this issue?
