Same thing happened to me last night. It was sent to my email address but, when I logged in to redeem the code it was under a different gamertag. So now I can't use the code that they sent me, cause it's on some bullcrap silver account that I never created. Called XBOX Live support for help twice. One rep said that they were sending the codes out for the next 2 days as well and that my other email should recieve a code and if they don't after 2 days I can call back and xbox will help me with it (which might be bull as well cause call centers, if anyone has worked in one, aren't supposed to have the same person call back within 48 hrs). This wont work cause they already sent a code to the email on my account. The second rep said there was nothing that he could do and I would have to come on here to try and contact 343 cause there's no number to contact them at. SO PLEASE 343 LISTEN TO OUR CRIES WE WANT OUR REWARD FOR PLAYING HALO 4 BEFORE DEC. 4TH.
