I had the same problem and I was going to call Microsoft and its both Microsoft and 343 problem Microsoft sent out the email they should be able to fix it I even beat the campaign before the 20th and its on my service record so y do they have a problem with giving everyone the codes

I have not yet received one as well I preordered the game played it the day it came out and almost everyday since then is there anyway I could get one
