  1. There are eight total specializations. You're missing six. Not at this time.
  2. I'm going to agree with this. The DMR simply outclasses the Battle Rifle (and everything else for that matter). Unless you're going for commendations, there's no reason not to use the DMR.
  3. It's not as good as the stuff that O'Donnell and Salvatori did for the first three, but the music at the main menu doesn't bother me. I don't like the music from the War Games menu though. It still doesn't bother me however.
  4. I can't really say that I miss them. There are way too many vehicles in this game and I'd rather them not add more. Perhaps they could swap out the Banshee for one of those two though.
  5. Ha. Is there an official word on this?
  6. Ha ha. Wow. Now three replies and 8,000 views. Thanks for the video, TC, but you left out the 20,000 XP code. Unless I just somehow didn't notice it.
  7. My last one will be either Pioneer, Stalker, Pathfinder, or Rogue. I've already done Tracker (I wanted Requisition) and Engineer (I liked the torso armor). I'm currently doing Wetwork for the Stealth perk and after that, I'll pick Operator for the helmet. I'm not interested in any of the others after that and will just go through them at random. I think that Pioneer and Stalker are absolutely useless.
  8. From what I hear, Fast Track's XP bonus is very underwhelming and a waste of a perk slot. Wetwork's Stealth is definitely better as it essentially makes you immune to Promethean Vision.
  9. As other have said, this is a horrible idea. This game has more than enough one-hit-kill stuff as it is.
  10. My vote goes to Adrift. Pretty much every map in the game is awful, but of the very few that are tolerable to play on, Adrift is the one that I enjoy the most. I don't understand it, either. It's easily one of the worst maps in Halo history. Not the worst one ever, but it's down there.
  11. Helmet: Tracker ADRT Torso: Engineer EDGE Left Shoulder: Scout Right Shoulder: Scout Forearms: XV-27 Shifting PULS Legs: LG-50 Bulk PULS Visor: Tracker Colors: Brown / Olive I will change my shoulders to Ranger once I get Master class of the Combat Oppurtunity commendation. I only need 47 more medals as of this post. Also, I'm currently in the Wetwork specialization right now, but once I complete it, I'll enlist in Operator, so that I can use it's helmet. After I change to the Operator helmet, I may end up changing my visor too. I'll have to see which ones look good with Operator.
  12. The specializations were not a pre-order bonus. They came in the Limited Edition and were awarded to anyone who played before November 20th. Rest assured, they will be available for everyone else at a later date. I've seen people on these forums saying it will happen sometime this month, though I haven't heard any official word of this myself.
  13. This has been a huge part of Halo since the beginning though. I and many other players used the frag/headshot combo even back in Halo 2. It's not new to Halo 4. In fact, the grenades seem weaker in Halo 4. It's almost impossible to kill someone with a Plasma Grenade without sticking them.
  14. Me too. The game has only been out for two months and I've already come across a bunch of players who are SR130. It dimishes the whole feel of being max rank if it doesn't even take long to get there and everyone else is up there with you. Plus I'm sure that they're aware of how fast people are hitting SR130 and that a lot of them will quit since they're no longer earning XP. Not necessarily. You just level really fast in this game. Plus double XP codes help too.
  15. I don't know, but I wouldn't count on it. It must be a tremendous pain in the posterior to regulary check out millions of file shares.
  16. Definitely a glitch of some kind. They're not going to randomly take them away from people.
  17. The only thing that I can think of without actually doing any extensive competitive testing would be to give it a masive cooldown timer. And I really mean massive. I'm talking like a full minute or so. However I'm not entirely sure as to how bad such a cool down would really be. After you've warped away, you're probably safe and might not even need to use it within the next minute. In which case, the long cooldown might not even be a viable con at all. It's such a risky AA to implement, that I honestly don't think it even should be implemented, despite how cool it could possibly be. I'd definitely like an open beta for something like that.
  18. Dang. Do you normally finish a game with an Overkill? I usually get a Double Kill per game or every other game, plus the occasional Triple Kill. I've only made one Overkill in Halo 4 so far.
  19. Yes, this should work too, but it's not necessary. The game will still be able to match you with all of the players who are playing, even if it's glitched and telling you that no one is there.
  20. I've never been a fan of Infection in Halo 3 or Reach. I've yet to even play Flood and I have no intention to. As Bloody Initiate said, it's just too stupid and unbalanced for me to enjoy it. I could enjoy a game of Zombies every now and then back in the Halo 2 days, but even then, it was unfair because most people preferred to play on Foundation, which was a horrible map for it. The human team would always go into the room with all the crates and melee the crates into the doorway which made it impossible for the zombie team to get in without having to jump onto the crates and crouch under the doorway to get in to kill the humans. While crouch walking over the crates, the zombies were then vulnerable (because you move very slowly when crouching) and would be blasted by shotguns. Naturally it was very rare for the zombie team to win on Foundation and since Foundation was the most popular map for the gametype, it was extremely unbalanced. Long story short, I hate Infection/Flood and I'm not surprised to hear that it's unbalanced in Halo 4.
  21. That's just a glitch. It happens to me sometimes too. It usually shows the real numbers after you play a match.
  22. Agrred. I would absolutely love that. Now watch, they'll still leave that idea out, but patch it so that you can't do the method in the video anymore.
