no idea man that same thing happened to me i don't think they are gonna give the codes to us -
I bought Halo 4 the day it came out and played it non stop for quite a while and because I was using an inactive email i did not get the code. What kind of crap is that. honestly it is a little frustrating but whatever. how do you guys feel about 343 doing it like that?
