Listen my one I got sent in the mail got messed up and sent to a useless one that's not even apart of Xbox live...and it got redeemed to that one...does anyone have an extra or could I get a new one? I need one cuz I have no clue what to do! Please help me!

Hello I am wondering if anyone could help me out! I am so mad...I am a dedicated Halo fan always have always will and I love what 343 industries has done with halo...I just recieved a email about redeem a code to unlock all specialization classes...well when I redeemed it I went to my other name on my Consule and not my main name that I play with....can anyone help? I need a new code and I don't no what to do..I called Xbox and they said they can't transfer it...the one it went to isn't even a live member! Help please!
