I have the limited edition if Halo 4 and have downloaded the Crimson Map Pack for free. Now when I go to play in the Crimson DLC Playlist it says, players do not have the recommended maps and DLC. Can someone please tell me how I fix this?

I just want to ask what happened to the specialisations? I bought the limited edition and I can now only unlock two of the specialisations instead of all of them. I've put the codes in and it used to say that I could unlock all of them, but now I can't unlock then all, only wet work and operator. Please help!
