Just to let everyone know I am a big fan of Halo CE and Halo 3. So there for I do think that instant hit-scan was a bad way to go. I know many were fans of Halo 2 for this reason I just think that leading your shot for most weapons takes more skill.
I do miss camo and overshield power-ups in forge. Ordnance drops are a cool feature but when map designing I still like to create maps that fight for weapon and power-up control. Also to have the camo act like the Halo 3 camo and not the armor ability or at least be able to manipulate its traits
This game is still a step in the right direction since I hated Halo Reach. It seemed Reach forced me to play way differently. At least this game seems to give me even better customization options. I am really pleased on how easy to use forge is. I am also thankful to see weapons like the Battle Rifle come back even though it feels a little underwhelming compared to Halo 3. Perhaps its because of the inclusion of the DMR for balance. I also like Spartan Ops and the Campaign is one of the best I have played since CE
Keep up the good work I just wish I could have a few more toppings on my pizza to make it perfect although I realize some may like the hit-scan so maybe in the next Halo game I may still not get what I want.
