    Attn 343. I played Halo 4 well before 11/20/2012(first halo 4 achievement on 11/09/2012) and am still waiting on spec code. I have been 70 for a week now and really getting tired of this. Name is xxxskrillerxxx on xbox live. I am getting very discouraged playing this game and getting no exp when i know I should be getting. Especially as I wasted like 10 games of double exp when I hit 70 because I wasn't getting any experience.
