You have to understand that there is a limit to how much you can cram into a DVD disk. It is virtually impossible to cram pelicans,scarabs,phantoms,customizable armor, firefight, theatre, and many other things into that disk. Now if it was Blue-Ray, it could be possible. if they don't put it, it isn't because they don't want to, they simply don't have enough space.

I stumbled upon this forum today and I couldn't be happier. I have a place to express my thoughts, hopes, and wishes about this game. Anyways, I remember reading the Halo Wiki and after jumping through 30 links (you could get lost in there) I discovered many things about Forerunners. Also, possibly more fightable enemies that Halo has combined altogether. Lets start with what was supposed to be in Halo 3. In Halo 3, Instead of fighting many Scarabs, Bungie was going to release a new boss in replacement of one of the Scarab battles. Ladies and gentlemen, the Guardian Sentinel. You were supposed to climb it and disable it's eye, using the eye as a weapon. But it was sadly scrapped. This is also the guardians the game refers to when you die from environmental disasters. If you scroll down even more on the page, you can see a chart of all Forerunner buildings, weapons, and enemies. It sure kept me busy for a couple of hours.

Sorry not going to happen. AI's can't be in Forge. The reason why is because the AI has no way of knowing if that floor you placed was used as a wall or its intended use, flooring. So the AI would walk on the wall because it's programmed to walk on said object. Example: Double Wall The AI is programmed not to be able to walk on double wall because, then they would stick to the wall. But lets say you put it as a floor. The AI won't walk on it, because the AI thinks it's a wall. As for Pelicans, I would like them I guess. Scarabs? I don't think it's possible. If we put Scarabs in-game, the disk wont have enough space to put much else. Unless it was Blue-Ray. Phantoms seem fine too. I want multiple Forge skins. Like snowy, desert, tropical, etc. I also want different colored objects. Not that same dull and gray color that made me want to shoot myself in the middle of creating a map on a slow, boring, and rainy afternoon. I would also like levers. Activating doors and elevators and such.
