    Start Infinity Multiplayer. Hit Start. Hit Down on D-pad. Hit Right on D-pad 2 times. Hit A. Hit Down on D-pad 3 times. Problem is solved.

    I can't do that. The old hard drive is unavailable.

    I got the email and downloaded my specializations. Now, I'm SR80 and can't get the next specializations. I've completed Wetwork, Operator, and now Engineer, but I can't get another one until I get this fixed. The problem started when I upgraded my hard drive. Now I don't have access to my specializations or the hard drive that has it. It's not in my recent downloads, and reentering the code says that it has already been redeemed.
