I received my code in an xbox live message but just a few days after my xbox 360 hard drive corrupted. I now have a new xbox 360 with a new hard drive but no longer have all the specializations. I only have the operator, wetwork, and the one I was currently working on, stalker. I was wondering if there is anything I could do to possibly retrieve these lost specializations or I could receive another code? My gamertag is "oH PicniC"

I reserved my copy of halo 4 and never received the xbox live message containing the specialization code. I called xbox and they told me that i can only get a code from 343 industries. How can i retrieve this code without having to pay any microsoft points?
