the halo 3 ranking system was so stupid, i would get matched with like level 40's when i was only level 20, match making has always cursed me, i had my friend play with my guy in a ranked match and he said it was 50 times harder than his player. On to the reach ranking system, my friend dropped his memory card in a bowl of water so he lost all his stuff, he did this 3 months ago, we were the same rank in reach until then, i have barely played much since, but he played so much he is a higher rank than me now. It should be your rank in a game combined with other ranks so if your teamates stink you dont get put down, combined with your stats in that game therefor if you were playing slayer and you had 5 kills and rank sergeant, and your teamates were privates and had 2 kills you would still get a good total score. here is the matrix. 5 points for winning 5 point for every kill -4 points for every death 6 points for every style kill -5 points for every style death -10 points for losing every ten points you have you gain a tier. 5 tiers in private rank 6 tiers in private grade 2. ect. ect.

A long long time ago, i was watching my cousins play halo ce, then i saw my brother playing halo 2 matchmaking, then he played halo 3 matchmaking and i was hooked, i got his old xbox just to play halo, then the next cristmas i got the 360 just to play halo 3, then the NEXT cristmas i got live, and the rest is history

Hey guys, i wrote this because i was bored. I didnt even expect it to get publicity on here, i posted this like a month ago. Dont hate me lol

Yo guys i wrote a halo novel so i wanted to know who wanted to see it. I started this a few years back so some of the writing will be kiddish because i lacked writing skills back when. here is a chunk i wrote a year or two ago. Spartan 14 rattled off countless shells defending himself against the brutes that flooded the base. An invisible Brute came up behind him. He did a full 360 back flip and punched it in the back. There were five more invisible brutes coming in for him. He picked up a couple brute spikers and blasted them away with the remaining ammunition. He used the blades on the end of the guns to chop away at the final brutes. Then there was a huge crash and he could feel something. The ship wrenched and tipped somewhat to the right. Everything was going to fall down to the other side and sure enough it did. He dropped the weapons as they screeched falling down into the darkness of what had crashed below. He used his arms for leverage as he did a gainer to the top of a rail. The brutes yelled in hatred as they fell into the pile of things. Marines were also firing off their assault rifles as they fell. The brutes were winning until they would fall and the impact would kill them. The humans would already be suffering from battle wounds via brute spikers. None of this would matter any way because down below. It was not as deadly as it would seem from above. As some die on impact others fell into the flood. The flood would consume them and become stronger. As it arose the flood would eat anything in its wake. Soon he would be next.
