Does anyone know who I can contact?

I have been playing since the second week of November and I have not received an email for specialization codes. I'm stuck at level 70 and it upsets me that I can't rank up. It makes me want to play the game less and less each day. If anyone can help me, I would greatly appreciate it. I just want to be able to contact someone about it.

I also am having problems stuck at level 70. I have have been there for over a day an still no email for the specialization code. It makes me mad because multiplayer is the best part about this game and it's makes it harder to play when you don't get rewarded. Any help would be great.
