i tried to reinstall but the problem still persist

yea but i don't play music and also the music from the menu page dose not play as well. The weapons sounds fine i can hear that but the problem just started yesterday and it hasn't gotten any better

I was playing the infinity challenge earlier today when i noticed that the in gave voice was gone. Im talking about the guys voice that says infinity slayer, double kill, ordinance drop, ect..... Dose anyone know how to fix this issue?
