It was live, and reinstalling didn't help, and Zero, the're are people online other then me, i am one of few who can't get on the servers

I got the game yesterday and for the last 28 hours, every time I try and join in the multi-player matches it says "The halo 4 servers are not avalable. Please try Again later. Matchmaking has been switched to useing the default playlist." And doesn't show anyone online on any of the 6 servers it shows I have X-box live for 15 more months and it works fine with downloading, messaging, and anything else, but not on halo idk why it won't work or how to fix it but some help would be great, thanks.
