No MS points for playing Halo 4 Combat tour before Nov 29th

Hi I played 70+ hours of Halo 4 wargames from launch and before Nov 29th, but still haven't received my MS points??? My gamertag is kickboxingchamp I checked on Halo Waypoint and it confirmed I played it more than 70+ hrs!! I asked XBOX SUPPORT and they said I have to put it on here to get it sorted, and there is no way to know who actually got the points. I would like my points please as I played the game solidly just to get them
