Might actually have a crack at this. XReaperXKnightX Uh, because I feel that it's time to start being in a clan. Depending on how much homework I get\how my attempts at socialisation are doing, I can be on on weekends or everyday. I'm fairly good with precision weapons, plus I'm okay with vehicles.

Amen icycool. I am literally sick and tired of reading complaints about "oh there isn't a forge world in the Halo 4, we're all going to die." but they were pushing the boundries with FW, both technical and physical. I still can't get over the fact that it takes nearly five minutes to get from one end of the map to the other in edit mode. However, I do agree that there needs to be more forge canvases, just not the size of the average county. Also, I completely agree with you on the magnet system, but one solution is to go back to what we Reach forgers used and that's the co-ordinates system. That is, of course, providing they haven't ****ed that up too. All I really want to do is to make an urban map at dusk/dawn. Erosion is literally too small, Ravine is okay, but it's essentially a remake of FW's pillar, which is a part of FW that is seldom used, mainly because you can't park a Mongoose there, sod a 'Hog or any decent vehicle and Impact? Impact is the only decent canvas. The only problem is that it's in the southern district of nooneactuallyhasa****ingcluewhereitisville.

No. As RSR said, if Cortana comes back, all the drama and emotion would be for nothing and if they had a new AI companion, that would be quite interesting to play lore-wise, but it'd just feel repetitive. The smartest thing to do would be to have a full campaign where SPARTAN-117 has no-one to rely on, no back door, just him, his weapon and his armour, all against the wall.

It's more the fact that they were going all in at the start in my opinion. Now, if it's something like Fallout or Bioshock that that's fine, but in Halo? It's risky, and it may not work. -
Bungie said that Forge World was over the top, especially when you have maps covering the ENTIRETY of the map. I'm not going to argue with the file share, but there's already Flood, if that's what you're on about, if you're on about something like BO2, then go get BO2. Halo was never intended to be a Science Fiction Call of Duty, even if it does feel that way now. Hornet would require a colossal amount of coding and disk space taken up, plus the maps are barely big enough for a Banshee, what's putting a flying tank going to do to help? Also, balancing issues come into that. Finally, it seems that you do not grasp the concept of a budget. Look it up in a dictionary, then appreciate why it's whatever it is.

Nah, 343 had the balls to kill off the deuteragonist in their first ground up game, I don't think they'd bring her back. A replacement? Sure, but not Cortana and if you want my opinion on what's going to happen in the next two games? PM me and I'll happily go into detail about what I think will happen. The only problem I have with it is that 343 have been very ballsy and have set the bar extremely high. It's going to take a hell of a lot for Halo 5 to beat it and if they do that, the height of the bar is going to be around the height of Mount Kilimanjaro. -

Yes, I'm late to the party. Deal with it. Woah woah woah. Hold on a second. 1. I agree that the MULTIPLAYER aspect does seem a little too much like CoD to me, but the campaign? Not really. Also, watch your words. I don't think that comparing anything to Twilight is allowed here. 2. Wow. Could someone explain to me how finishing all the campaigns of Halo 2, 3 and Reach and playing online on 3 and Reach for a combined total of well over 100 hours AND actually owning every Halo game, with the exception of Combat Evolved and the interactive board game not actually have seen the "goods of Halo"? 3. Uh, no. I'm not going to deny that I mess around with modded maps, but I don't actually make them. Plus I rarely finish them, because there is very little point in finishing them, mainly because I can't send them to Forgehub, because that goes against their map submission rules. 4. Next time you make an argument, spend ten minutes on making it legible to a normal human, please? Bro, you could only put down two lights in Reach, something which even I'll admit got annoying after a while, so your argument is completely invalid. However, I cannot disagree with you on the file-share and Waypoint issues. First off, yes, I was a little bit disappointed that there was no massive map, but now I've had a look at some maps, it's actually pretty good. Also, something that crazfulla and someone else who I can't remember off the top of my head is that Forge World was, and somehow still is, over the top when used. Any fool can make a map the size of Texas, but it's the smaller maps which are, usually, the best maps. If you want proof, go have a look at some of the maps that The Halo Forge Epidemic have featured on Halo Reach. Are they small? Yes. Are they detailed? Yes. Have some of the maps that THFE featured been put on the Reach matchmaking playlist? Yes. Therefore, my case is settled*. Now, onto the UNSC air vehicles. Yes, there's a lack of them, but there's also a lack of Covenant mechs and yet none of you are whining about that, are you? To be brutally honest, I think 343 were a bit lazy here, but all that means is that you have to be creative, and if you're not creative, you shouldn't be forging. It is literally as simple as that. Finally, and this is something which I want to bring up, you can still make urban maps. The only decent map for this is probably Impact and it's still a massive pain in the ***, but it is still feasible and, with a couple of weapon balancing tutorials, it can actually be half decent. The two main problems that I have is that there isn't a relatively big map for large aesthetic forge maps and that fact that it feels like it's turned from Forge 2.0 for simpletons or pros to Forge 3.0 for dummies. *Apart from the Forge art pieces. Those are the ONLY exception to the rule

To be honest, I didn't know that she was going to get killed, but by the end of Infinity, I thought that she should have been euthanised. Still, I did not see Cortana saving the Chief. I saw the nuke being detonated from a mile off, but the Chief actually surviving? Damn. My only criticism is that the Prometheans are legit hard, even on Easy, but especially on Normal, however this could be me being rusty, as I failed to do Winter Contingency on Legendary with every skull on, except for Blind, as I literally cannot play with Blind on, without dying, something which I was capable of doing in August/September time. Overall, the story wasn't too bad, the gameplay was pretty decent, but the difficulty and (for me, I'm ashamed to say. :/) the controls were both pretty bad. -
And I don't have a map, so, uh, could you show me the way? Oh, and please don't lock me out, it's just rude, and having to go around an island just to unlock one door kinda made me want to blow up something the last time it happened.</reference> But yeah, hi.
