i did call xbox and they said to get on the forum.. yes i am sure he didn't do anything he knows of.. he wont want to be banned.. they lady explained a lot of things to me but i still dont know why he got banned

i think that there has been some kind of mistake he's has never been banned from anything, he never even gets in trouble.. Sorry I am so confused and he is so disappointed i hope you can help

I was advised to come here and ask questions that you may know what happened. My son was banned from Halo 4 permanently for no reason but the message gave a link to read what could be the reason.. he has not done any of them nor did anyone use his xbox.. I have tried to reach the company but there is nowhere to call, email or anything.. I understand that there needs to be rules but I do believe that a person has the right to know what they are being accused of.. to be the parent its seems like a scam. He pre order the game, bought the map pass, then this happens.. falsely accused i believe.. So I am hoping you can help guild me. Where does one look?
