I too came back online WED 9 JAN 13. I was emailing back and forth with a MS support tech when it came back on. I asked what he did so I could repost it for all to possibly fix their connections but he told me he didn't do anything. All he was doing was looking at my account and it started working. By coincidence, 343i went back to work on 9 JAN........ Regardless, I'm happy to be back. I sincerely hope 343i addresses this issue because like ProudDrunkIrish (cool name BTW) said, this issue will just keep happening. MG66

7 days now.........just got off the phone with microsoft. Tried everything with my console and modem except standing on my head while twiddling my thumbs (maybe I should have tried that). NOTHING WORKED!!!!!!!! This is long past being frustrating. Black Ops 2 here I come...... MG66

I'm having the exact same problem. And to all the people that say "calm down", it's MY money that was spent. Not your's. If this is 343i's idea of support they're full of it. No contact number. No email. Nothing. Call Microsoft and they said it's a 343 problem. This is turning into a joke. Problem is, the jokes on me. Why should I keep spending money on this? If things don't change within 343 soon the Halo franchis is heading into the dumps. MG66

Having MAJOR issues with a server right now. In the lobby I'm displayed as an SR-1 (actually SR-130). When I click start I can see all my armor, commendations, load outs, etc, etc. When I start a game (any game) I'm forced to play with one of two crappy load outs. I understand I'm on a fall back hopper (I think it's called that) and that I'm not actually online but still being allowed to play however I can play with all my friends and none of them are having this issue. My gamer tag is MikeGulf66. This becomes a problem when Infinity Challenge is going on currently. I entered and started playing late. I'm currently a little under half way therough Tier 2. If I can't play online and get credit, I can't advance any further and in fact, stand the chance of falling behind and possibly being placed into Tier 3. Can anyone help me or provide any assistance please? MG66
