It does not fix it self. My campaign won't come back unless i do the missions again and for my loadouts,armour, and emblem/colors i just redo them but everything is still unlocked.

It has happened 3 times within the month. My SR rank and the playlists are fine

I got onto Halo 4 today and it happened again, My game loaded as if it were brand new and my campaign data is all gone and my spartan loadouts,emblem and armour was all default but everythign was there. Now does anyone know why this is happening? it's very inconvientent
