I'm guessing they forgot one or two cells of those removed things and it's still growing? That sucks, but its K. We're all here, after all!

Its not cancer or a tumour luckily.
It just couldn't be removed due to its positions and awkwardness, if it gets larger then it gets removed for sure, no after what the risk.
