He was one of the best snipers in the group of children that had been kidnapped and were being trained to fight for humanity, he was only outdone by fellow spartan; Linda. After years of training and the genetic augmentations, Lachlan became one of the most calculating people in the U.N.S.C military, and became the leader of a Spartan Team stationed in Eastern Reach.
