I recently got the limited edition of halo 4 from a JB-HI-FI store in QLD Australia. I played the campaign but did not download the multiplayer data from disc 2 before entering my codes (pictures of said unlocks below) on xbox.com. The only content I actually received was the Spartan-VI Recruit Avatar Armour and the Cryotube Avatar Prop. All in-game unlocks are still locked including the map pack/s. I know that proving that this has happened is hard but if you have any suggestions as to how I can prove that the codes didn't work or even why they didn't work, I would appreciate it. Thanks.
EDIT: It seems I have managed to download the in-game armour types, skins, emblems, and weapon skin, but the map packs are still not downloaded.
