halo 4 pre order specializations did not get them!!!!

well im just writeing to say when i pre odered halo 4 i did not reseve the specializations code for the dlc so plz can anyone from 343 help me out plz ive bin a fan all my life of halo and when i buy something todo with halo i chresh it so much but now that i dident get the code its anoying me cose all my friends have it and i dont :'( so plz help me out anyone
