I would like to see a Halo 2 anniversary, but what I really want is a compilation for the next gen Xbox (720 or whatever it is). Make an original trilogy compilation of Halo 1-3 with all the maps from the 3 games. Yes there are remakes within there, so either have only one or have both the original and the remake. In terms of the MP.....hard to say how to handle it. I personally hated the super jumps so I wouldn't miss them. My main reason for wanting something like this is to play Halo 2 online co-op and to have all those maps in one place. Think about how many maps there would be....probably too many. LOL.

I had all the Legendary logos above the chapters. I just went through one chapter last night, not in matchmaking and it unlocked. I didn't do it solo either. A friend was on so we ran though Ep. 1 Ch. 1 on Legendary. It popped as soon as we were done.

I have been playing with pretty much the same group of people since Halo 2 with a few additions/subtractions. So I have had a great community for a long time. I will say that the addition of Forge in Halo 3 just blew the community up in a good way. So that is a big reason the community was so great. I have noticed that less people use their headsets online. I am 90% of the time with a group that is talking which adds to the fun. I think the reason more people don't talk online if because of all the bad stuff you hear.

I do miss Invasion. They could make a version of it in 4 if they wanted. Just have it be part of war games and everyone is a Spartan. I also miss maps from Halo 2, 3, and Reach......

Seeker of Truth great post. However the SAW has a faster rate of fire than the AR and I am sure it has a little more range, in addition to a much bigger clip. Hence not a weapon you spawn with. I was playing Reach's campaign last night. I still love it. I might go back and play some multiplayer and Firefight as well. I remember going back to Halo 2 after playing 3 for a couple of years. I thought 3 played so much better it wasn't even close and I love Halo 2. I am going to try some Reach and mabye even Halo 3 multiplayer to see how they feel now. I imagine Reach will still be great.

Great posts Azaxx. Great point about Halo 2. I love that game, but the online had a lot of issues. Super jumps, people using the standby trick, etc. The noob combo was so overpowered. Like I said, great game, but it definitely had it's share of problems. I think Halo 4 is great. Yes there are some things wrong with it, but overall a stellar first effort by 343i. Now in terms of things I don't like that I would change.... -Bring back campaign scoring, I liked it in the last 3 Halo games (3, ODST, Reach). -I would love theater mode in Spartan Ops and Campaign. I really want to make a clip of me assassinating a watcher. -The first ten weeks of Spartan Ops should be playable by everyone. It's on the disc and like Firefight should be playable in split screen or over LAN. My 10 year old nephew doesn't have a Gold account (his parents choice and I agree with them), but he is allowed to play Halo. I know he would like to play Spartan Ops. There are some more obvious problems - online stuff (lag, etc.), but that isn't all the devs fault. In terms of the "cheapness" of some weapons (boltshot), I just need to be smarter when playing online. I was a little unhappy with some of the COD style additions to Multi, but this game still plays like Halo. I also noticed all the "perks" are quickly unlocked and the specializations aren't overpowered. I liked the story, but I also watched all the terminal videos, I am reading the second book of the Forerunner trilogy and I devour most things Halo. I am not sure if that added to my enjoyment of Halo 4, but it might have helped. Once again, spectacular first effort by 343i and I look forward to Halo 5. On a side note, as I have been playing through Spartan Ops I have become aware that the A.I. of Infinity (Roland) is unlike the other A.I.'s in Halo. Even Cortana as "human" as she is doesn't act like a 12 year old. During the Ops missions Roland's comments are annoying to say the least. Other A.I.'s (Cortana, Auntie DOT, and Serina from Halo Wars) are condescending at times, but not childish. Also Spartan Miller is a wuss. I like Palmer, Capt. Lasky, Halsey and the other Spartans.

I completed all 25 chapters (through matchmaking) and the achievement for doing so didn't unlock. Do I need to play any missions outside of matchmaking? Thanks in advance.
