Yeah, I've completed three specializations (Spartan IV, Wetwork, and Operator), and no more have been offered. I've seen other players with lower rankings and specializations I've never been offered. If it's normal, okay, I guess(?). I had put in the wrong game disc a while back, and when I reinserted the correct disc, my loadouts had been defaulted. I didn't know if that has anything to do with this...

I've been stuck at SR70 for the better part of two weeks, and had hoped it would straighten itself out. I've seen older threads with similar complaints, but they were from a month or two ago. Anyone else having these troubles?
