If you have a clan, community, or team and you would like your clan to have it's own forums. Head on over to http://thegamerlounge.net. They can set you up with your own forum section where you and your members can have a place to chat with one another. Note this offer is for clans of any size and is completely FREE. Note: I am not a promoter for this website. I just thought I'd post it so that clans can hear about the opportunity. Cause I know a lot of them have to deal with those terrible enjin forums so.

Billy Mays started following Adding Ranks to Halo 4 , Clan Leaders Please Read! , halo 4 servers down..reset to SR1? and 7 others

I've heard it's all of Xbox Live that's been having issues not just Halo 4, calm down.

343 didn't make forge in Halo 4 Cetain Affinity did.

Well if the ranking system goes the way the claim it will (being only on waypoint), I don't think it'll make much of a difference.
-
Making it join in progress is an easy fix.

I've also had that happen where the team numbers were unbalanced. It's pretty irritating. As for the whole MLG thing, it's fairly similar to MLG/AGL settings so.

That's only for the deluxe game types, in anything else you start with a BR and you can pick up DMRs, light rifles, and carbines around the map.

So I'll start this post/review by saying I really like the Team Throwdown playlist, it challenges me and feels super competitive just like the MLG playlist in Halo 3. But I do have a few problems with it. First, I always seem to get paired up with people who are much better in skill then I am. I'll admit I'm not the most skilled player, but I'm not the biggest BK out there either. I don't really find it fun when my team and I get matched up with players who are much better than us, and completely embarrass us. I thought Halo 4 had some sort of "behind the scenes" skill searching system that pairs you up with players of similar skill? I have never really had too many problems with skill until this playlist, I always seem to get matched up with players who are around the same skill level as I am. Secondly, there are so many players that quit and it sucks when that happens, even if they're not on your team. This is why I feel Halo 4 needs some sort of penalty against players who quit match making games early. In playlists like team throwdown where there is no join in progress, it really gives the players a negative experience when players quit early. In conclusion, the Team Throwdown playlist is a very challenging but fun playlist. While the playlist it self doesn't really have a problem IMO, it is Halo 4's problems that sort of affect the playlist. Let me know what you guys think!

Yeah team throwdown is basically like slayer pro type settings with some objective thrown in the mix, it is supposed to be very similar to MLG/AGL settings.

Halo 2 wasn't so widely popular because of the campaign, it was popular because of online multiplayer and matchmaking experience. There are so many of us old Halo 2 players that would be infuriated if they didn't at least give us all the Halo 2 maps in Halo 4 or something (kinda like they did with CEA). If I could tell them how to make the game I'd basically tell them to make the mutiplayer the same as it was in the original and just update the games graphics and maybe give us a forge and a theater.

It'd be nice if you could actually game with pros. I remember back in Halo 3 a lot of them charged for game time, lessons, and some even sold 50's. If they weren't charging they usually wouldn't do game time with fans. On the other hand though I know a few (not personally) who do live streams and talk to their fans there, and a couple donate a lot of money to charities like Gamers for Giving and Gamers Outreach.

It may be the end of Halo MLG but it's not the end of competitive Halo. Many other professional gaming leagues still have Halo tournaments. For instance, the Arena Gaming League just had a Halo tournament in Chicago. A tournament in which many of the former MLG Halo players attended and participated in.

I was just about to say doesn't Xbox already have voice command if you have a Kinect.

I hope not the only thing that was good about Reach was Campaign, and I don't even know how they would do another Reach.
