I've downloaded season 1.5 and I keep getting the content missing notification.in spartan ops! I tried playing on my brothers account and his works just fine! Is it my account that sucks or what is it? Any suggestions?

After downloading spartan ops 1.5 numerous times, it still will not load the 5 missions! It says the content is missing when clearly it is downloaded! Any suggestions?
