    Honestly I think it's messed up & bad customer service if 343i wouldn't do anything about it. I preordered it for a reason. **** happens, couldn't get it for awhile. Couldn't even find any phone number or support emails for 343i.

    Hopefully someone can direct me on who to contact. But I preordered halo 4 from GameStop but due to a few things I wasn't able to get it until about a week ago. All the preorder codes included are now invalid & don't work and GameStop says there's nothing they can do Also on the receipt it says the codes expired 11/5/2012....
