Soo what is the official 343 industries website then, Halowaypoint.com? Because if that's the case it's pretty damned confusing that the community site that apparently doesn't have anything to do with 343 industries is titled after the company. and the official website isn't.

I totally agree, also energy swords. I love slicing through covies with my trusty glow stick. Anyway an update on my question (WHICH STILL HASN'T EVEN BEEN ADDRESSED), I just played the same SO chapter with a different player who also kept starting with a sniper. One thing that stood out in both instances was when the rifle was slung over the players' backs, there was a small, silver, oval shapped backpack-like thing on their backs overlapping the sniper rifle (not sure if the backpack was there when the sniper rifles were drawn in either case, I get way into the slaughtering). So, I'm GUESSING it's not a hack, or if it is it's apparently popular. But I still have NO IDEA and would GREATLY APPRECIATE a response from a modulator on this. Seriously, how do you guys not check new posts coming in, especially in such a quiet thread cat.? Or do you and you just hate me because I'm new here?

Wow, nothing really? I just naturally assumed that the mods check the forum posts and that being a part of 343 industries would be happy to answer a question pertaining a possible hacker in their newest and most popular game. I apologize if I sound cross, but it has been a couple of days since I posted the question. Good thing I wrote down said player's GT, otherwise it would surely have been lost in my recent players list by now.

So I just played a spartan ops game (Ep8 Ch1 Unfinished Business) with a guy who kept starting with a sniper rifle everytime he respawned (including the first time). So I definitely want to know how the hell I can do the same thing, or if this guy's hacking and I should report him. Would prefer a response from a MOD so I don't just get a bunch a people that don't know about this (reward?) saying he's a hacker and I report an innocent player. Thanks in advance for any help you can give! And yes I did create an account to ask this question, but I'll probably be posting in the future so hello everybody!
