well you can see how i got confused. given that the site is 343industries.org. how can i contact 343? and yeah i was playing online and it shows that the challenge was saved as completed but the exp are gone. according to my level

i had this happen too. i tried talking to xbox and they said talk to 343. but i dont know where to go now.

I completed a monthly challenge for 30000 exp and upon completion i leveled up to a 49 and was about half way to a 50. i signed off for the night and when i came back on i lost the exp and was back down to a 47. but the challenge still said complete. my question is who do i talk to about this? i tried xbox ambassador chat and they said contact 343 and this is were i ended up. any ideas?
