  1. If I get a Yoink, it mostly is by accident. That said, I am the type that shoots anything that moves of the opposite colour to me. If it moves, shoot it !!!
  2. I think Halo 4 biggest problem is its CoD loadouts. Most of the things are not even needed and some do not even belong in the game. Wheelman for instance, is a neural chip that makes vehicles stronger and better. Nope, does not work. Stupid 343 !!! Flinch. How bloody annoying and ridiculous. Who ever thought this up has no idea how to make a Halo game. The character you play is a Spartan, if they are hit in the head with that much force to create a flinch, then surely it is enough for a headshot. It is a Halo game, not a Duck shoot. You even have Scavenger in Halo, called Resupply. Whilst I am not totally against it, it is yet another thing not needed. When you run out or run low, swap, this goes for Ammo too. Why carry extra ammo when you can pick up weapons off dead bods. There are other items for the loadouts that, like I said do not belong or are even needed. I have Stability, for the flinch, it is a waste of a slot I can put some thing more useful in there. But I need it, which saddens me. Before I go, Boltshot. I am really starting to hate this over powered weapon, it is too much, for too little, and it needs powering down.
  3. This game is not based on skill, therefore no need for fair matchmaking. This is not Halo 3. Halo 3 was good, better than Halo 4, but sadly Halo 3 is just a lag fest and I can not play it anymore. For me, the problem is not the MM, but the Loadouts, half are not even needed, or do not belong in this game, but most of all the CoD style loadouts. CoD and Halo whilst both FPS, are not the same game, what works for Halo, does not work for CoD and creating loadouts that are a mix of both games does not work either. Some will disagree, but my opinion stands, as others are entitled to their opinion. I played all Halo games, and still believe Halo 4 whilst looks good and plays good is hampered by the loadouts. MM for Halo 4 is nothing like Halo 3, no skill tables and in some cases no skill needed anyway. It is like they are 2 completely different games. It does not need fairer MM, it does not need it. You do not earn your Rank, why the need to earn fair MM...
  4. Ok. So, I read this three times, and it still makes no sense to me. I figure out you were speaking computer language, because I really got nothing out of that. I will admit, it was well written, even what bits I could follow. In my experience with Auto Aim, it should be gotten rid of. It makes gamers lazy, let alone the cheating piles of "BEEP" that use controllers that offer this option in their expensive price. Auto aim is a curse. More times it has caused my death or missed me a perfect shot. For instance, in a game of Halo Reach I got set to head shot some one in a Snipers game, pulled the trigger and another Spartan ran right in front of my target. You can guess the rest. Even when auto aim kicks in for the assist that it is providing I jiggle my controller, as I find it annoying. I think the worst part about said function is the ability to switch it off, it still kicks in some way or another.
  5. I think I would like a Defiant Class Starship, complete with with standard crew and every thing else. It would be called "Excaliber" and will cut through the enemy like a knife through warm butter, complete with Cloaking System, Shielding, Cannons, Phasers and Quantum Torpedoes. My Spartan will be a Spartan II, possibly one of those on the outer rim that were left there, or maybe the last surviving Spartans from Onyx
  6. There is no Ranking System at all, you earn Exp and level up, that is it. Just like Halo Reach If you want a game where you start with the same weapons, try SWAT or even that Hammers game. Forget what it is called
  7. I am not getting paid for this, but I will defend the game, no matter how bad it is. However, it is not that bad, to be honest. It is just the Loadouts that ruin the game. The Campaign is great, Spartan Ops was great when it came out, but sadly lost its playability over time (Firefight would have been a better option, but mistakes can be learnt from this) and then we have Multiplayer Matchmaking. The maps are at time repetitive, yet Matchmaking it seems is fair, which can not be said for such games as World of Tanks. Yet some maps are great, but sadly not often used. The only and real problem I find with Halo 4 is the CoD Loadouts and the stupidity behind them. Such as Wheelman, I mean seriously, as if a bloody Neural Interface makes a Vehicle stronger and better. Stabilitity, for Donkeys sake it is a Spartan, not a Ken Doll, there should be no need for such a thing. Again in all seriousness, Flinch is incredibly annoying and should not even exist in the game. These Loadout options and there are others, roughly 50% are not needed and a complete joke. I will defend Halo 4, yet I will point out its flaws and the developers stupididty. In my honest opinion, the new crew on 343 must have been CoD developers, because they have no idea how to make a Halo game. Let us hope they learn from their mistakes for Halo 5.
  8. I rarely play as I grew to dislike Halo 4. Personally 343 did a bad job on Halo 4 Match Making, for their first game on the Halo series they seem to have forgotten what Halo is or was. Spartan Op's whilst good has lost it's playability, and in my opinion 343 should have found a way to turn it in to a Firefight game. All in all, the Loadout's are absolutely terrible, they made a joke out of the Spartan's. Granted, Spartan IV's are not Spartan II's, or even III's, but still, the Armour Loadout's should not need thing's like Wheelman (as if a Neural Implant can make a Vehicle better or stronger), Resistor, Mobility, Stability and there are other's too. The Spartan is supposed to be trained to not need these Loadout's, therefore not needing them, their Armour alone should negate the need for such Loadout's. In short, stealing idea's from Call of Duty was a low blow, turning Spartan's in to weakling's that required said Loadout's is the worst idea in Halo History. Halo 4 make's Halo Reach an Epic game, and even Halo Reach had it's problem's. I rarely play Halo 4, because it is the worst of them all, and even does not feel like a Halo game anymore.
  9. I can not comment on this topic, yet. I did not like what 343 did to Halo 4, so until they get their act together and make Halo, Halo again, no comment from me. But, I would like to see more halo, only, Master Chief is getting old. How many more year's does he have, and he is (sort of) the only Spartan II left. Halo War's 2 would be nice, but mostly I want Halo: ODST. Just, not a Campaign. I want a new ODST game based on Mission's, from Reach to Earth, and maybe even the Insurrection War's. Possible based on Buck's Squad, or just a random squad. And a Multiplayer (done properly this time) Firefight, as well as Multplayer ODST Vs Covenant. Hey, maybe it would work if you could make it a choice game, where you chose to play ODST or Covenant ??? (Two Disc Edition) Choose your side)
  10. I was excited to be getting the ODST Armour, but when I chucked it on my Spartan, I realised some thing was missing. The ODST Armour. As with the rest of the Armour's in Halo 4, they all look the same. ODST is no real exception (apart from the square box on your back). But, in all honesty, why could 343 not keep the ODST Armour that has been the same since Halo, Halo 2, Halo 3, Halo 3: ODST and Halo: Reach. 343 have done it again, another fine mess. If it is not broke, do not fix it, or you will ruin it. 343 made a mess of the Loadout's, Armour's are uninspiring. In Halo: Reach, I took pride in what my Spartan wore, in Halo 4, I can see none. I just hope Halo 5 is a whole better experience. Armour's, and Weopon's Load's aside, Halo 4 is still a good game. The new game type, I am not too sure about, my first experience was not too good. But, loved being back on The Pit. NICE !!!
  11. ODST Mission's in Halo 5, i think is a bad idea, because it would negate the need for a new Halo: ODST game. Which we want, and made better than it was before (not that there was anything wrong with it, apart from the MM), i would propose it to be a different type of game than the Campaign it was. Instead of one large Campaign, cut it up in to 12 to 15 Mission's, based on Reach, Earth and the Inner Colonies. Bring back Firefight (with MM) and make the ODST's fully customizable, Weopon's too. Elite's should return to Halo 5, Arnitor, too, and the Covenant Civil war brought to a close, or near close. As for the Flood, Halo 3 sorted that out, they are all gone. Permanantly sorted. Prometheon's are the hardest foe to date, and more frustrating that Evading Elite's. But a challenge. Any one else get's pissed off when you are about to get the killer blow, and the tele off some where else ??? Halo 4 was short on decent Vehicle's, so bring back, Hornet's, Falcon's or some of the best Vehicle's from previous game's. Bring back that TRUE Halo feeling. Load-Out's. I am not sure they were mentioned. Whilst i am not totally against the Call of Duty idea of Load-Out's, i was angered by the stupididty of 343 with thing's like Wheelman (Vehicle's last longer because of an Implant is stupid), AA Efficency (reducing the time the shield regenerate's, just to create AA Efficency. Stupid), Stability (another stupid, because you should not need it Implant) and Gunner (the whole idea of this is beyond stupid). Weopan's. Some of the Weopon's in Halo 4 are nice, but i do miss some of the better weopon's from Halo Reach and Halo 3. SMG, Mauler, Plasma Rifle, Beam Rifle and i loved the Brute Grenade. Halo 5 need's a Firefight, whether it is combining the Spartan Op's as a duel Game Type, so you can play Sp-Op's or Firefight, or just making both available. We need Firefight. As for the Campaign, i hear it is a dark story line. Maybe it is the story of Cortana, but she will return. The Librarian stated that Cortana and the Master Chief are, i think it was, inseperable. She is apart of him, as he is apart of her. Let's us remember, the Librarian modified the Chief, so i am guessing Cortana is in there, some where. Buried deep inside the Chief's mind. Well, that is my take. Right or wrong, my opinion is posted Play Call of Duty. Most of what you want is there.

In the book's, Spartan III's were never on Reach, they were a secret created by Dr Halsey's Nemesis Colonel Ackerman, on the Planet Onyx (which was wiped off all record's and star chart's) and what Spartan III's did get off Onyx died in behind the line's action's. Only Two Spartan III's survived off world action's, Tom and Lucy, who even survived to the end of the book, "The Ghost's of Onyx" along with a handfull of other Spartan III's (from the newest group of Spartan III's) and Spartan II's. As for Jun, the game's and book's do not tally up, and as yet, i have not read the book(s) that explain's what happen's to Jun. But, it is safe to say, he is dead. I will lose no sleep over his death, for a Spatan, he was useless. Rest in piece's, Jun.

  14. I seriously believe this person over re-acted, and maybe should consider a career in acting. Halo 4 is not what i had hoped, Campaign is "Brilliant", Sp-Op's was Brilliant, too, sadly (in my opinion) the playability is no longer there and the Multiplayer Matchmaking is where 343i made their biggest mistake. Call of Duty Load-out's and Load-out's for Flinch and Driving a Vehicle are just beyond belief. As if an implant make's a Vehicle stronger, use a Turret longer, stop's you flinching and there are more stupid Load-out's. When 343 started making Halo 4, i wonder if they ever read the book's, paid attention to theMojiner Armour. It is a powered suit, even at it weakest state (Spartan Armour III and IV) it is still a powered suit, and you should not need these implant's. Except of course the Vehicle and Turret implant's, they would have no effect, as the vehicle and turret are nothing to do with the suit. Yes, 343 messed up Halo 4. But they did not completely ruin it. The game is still playable, and i do play it, as i play Halo Reach and Halo 3, still. One thing is for certain, if this Original Posting was cut and paste and the person did a fire and forget mission, Halo 4 did not deserve the posting. Problem's or not, Halo 4 still is playable.
  15. It seem's so obvious, that one, does'nt it. Why would you need a Season 3. If what i have said is happening, then there will be no Season 3, because Halo 6 will end the Trilology. Enough said. I am just guessing here, though. So for, no one know's if there will be a Season 2, and that what i surmised is even true also. My previous comment about Star War's, i believe is not quite right. Star War's: The Clone War's happen's between Episode 2 and 3. Many people will agree with you, too. Some will not. But, i have noticed a serious lack of interest in Sp-Op's. Yet people still play Firefight, the interest is still there. Halo 4, for XP, go Sp-Op's, for playability MM, even if it is, and seem's un-balanced. I love Halo, but i got to admit, Halo 4 is the worst one made (except for Campaign), i am ashamed to admit it, but i think i prefer Halo: Reach, and i stopped playing that because of Armour Locker's. Lol. No pleasing some people, eh...
  16. I believe Season 1 is the bridge between Halo 4 to Halo 5, as Star War's: The Clone War's is to bridge Star War's Episode 4 to Star War's Episode 5. WOW, i just realise the irony to that. Halo 4 Sp-Op's Season 1, in my opinion will turn to Season 2, in Halo 5, and thus bridge the gap from Halo 5 to Halo 6. However, Sp-Op's has lost it's playablility, and unlike Firefight, is not playable in a repeatable stance. I find it hard to play Sp-Op's, after it has ended, yet i can play Firefight with no problem. Playability of Sp-Op's 0, Playability of Firefight 1
  17. I not not impressed with the different Armour's on available list, unlocked, or not. I miss the ODST Armour, and wonder what happened to the ODST's. Having a ship full of Spartan's is great, but where are the ODST's. The Marine's made it in to Halo 4, so what happened ??? Where is my ODST Armour.
  18. Err. Yes, very nice. Halo 4, is not truly Halo, even if half of Bungie moved to creat 343. Yet i often wonder, if Halo Reach was ruined, because Bungie's attention was elsewhere, like Destiny. Will Halo die painfully to Destiny, or some thing like Elder Scroll's Online. One thing is for certain, Halo 4 lost something, i wonder where it went. Let's see what Destiny has in store for us. The Halo music, absent from Halo 4 is actually there, but you do not hear it till the Credit's. I have to agree, it take's away the Halo feel with out that music. Furthermore, the music is owned by Microsoft, and not Bungie/Marty.

  20. In a war where people die by their thousand's, you need weopan's by their thousand's, the Assault Rifle meet's that criteria, as does the Pistol. They are cheap to make, just like training thousand's of Marine's. Such specialist weopan's like, BR, Sniper and other such weopan's cost more, and will go to different unit's, other than Marine's, or Leader's.
  21. Halo 4 is flawed, yes, but it is not as terribly as most see it. Fair enough, it has been CoDified, it does not sound like Halo, and the Spartan's are men in powered suit's. Lol @ Power's ranger's, but i have to ask, which Power Ranger's ??? Loadout's are a joke, i mean, Making Vehicle's half useles, just so you have to waste a slot in your Armour Loadout for "Wheelman", is sheer lunacy. So an inplant in a Powered Suit is going to make the Vehicle twice as strong. Err, NO !!! Flinch. Wow, 343, what a great idea, you ruined Sniper's. Well done Halo is not ruined, just flawed, and 343 have the chance to learn from their mistake's, or go down in flame's. MM is the main problem, Sp-Op's is great and the Camapaign Beautiful. But, it is the MM that keep's the game going, which is where most of the work should have gone, and in my opinion, was over thought out. Too much crap, stuff that is not needed, because it should already be there, such as Wheelman, Anti-Flinch and all the other small bit's, like dexterity. It is a SPARTAN, it alreadt has Dexterity... Killcam's can be skipped, so try hitting the "A" button, and there is nothing wrong with the frame rate, and SAW is great. Brilliant for the Dog's (Crawler's) and for one on one with Knight's and Spartan's. Nothing wrong with Saw. Lastly, Halo 4 is not a Noob Game, and as much as it has some appearance to CoD, it is Halo, in more sense than Cod.
  22. Friendly Fire was badly done on Halo Reach, will it be the same when updated on Halo 4. I mean, seriously, Halo 4 MM is a bit of a joke at time's, taking away Friendly Fire, yet still have the ability to ram or splatter your team mate's, let alone the killing of vehicle's, because some one else wanted it, instead. Not exactly thought out well, was it 343. I was upset with the Friendly Fire system in Halo Reach, as on a few occasion's i killed a team mate by accident, and got booted, straight away. I will admit to deliberately killing team mate's, because i hate arse hole's that that do it for fun and ruin the game. Yeah, i know it was childish, but, it was a revenge thing, which i paid for with a ban. Crime does not pay, it get's you banned Yes, the Friendly Fire system is silly, so i hope 343 in the next patch, do not make it any more unfair...
  23. Yes, Halo 4 has a few (alot) of problem's, but it does not make the game a disgrace. I still play the game everyday, even with it's many flaw's, but happily, they are centred around Multiplayer Matchmaking. I like the Campaign and love Sp-Op's. Sadly MM was hit with a case of Loadout overdose and over thinking. I agree with most of what is said, regarding the posting, but to call it a disgrace, it too far. Yeah, Bungie moved to 343 and the stupididty of Halo Reach folloed, but they still made a good game. Halo 4 is not Halo, not anymore, it does not feel like Halo and Loadout's prove that. Armour Abilities introduced in Halo Reach are here to stay, but i totally disagree with the extra AA's, as they are pointless. Making the Warthog weaker, just so you HAVE to have use Wheelman is a joke. Sprint that does not work when you get shot, it is just stupid. Flinch is a prime example of Bungie's stupidity, and having to waste a slot in your Loadout to counter it, is not a good idea, just like Dexterity. You are playing a Spartan, a super soldier for crap's sake, why would a suer soldier need Dexterity ??? Prometheon Vision is like Armour Lock in Halo Reach, good, but not wanted. HATED !!! Half the Abilities in the Loadout's are just pure lunacy. However, Sp-Op's is good, the Campaign is good, MM is flawed, yet you can still play it, even if it is frustrating most of the time. Oh, yeah, bring back "Firefight"
  24. If you had read the book's, you would find the game and book's do not tally up. I think Halo has hit a fork in the road, Halo 4 is a miss match if pure genius and complete crap. Mixing Halo with Call of Duty was a good idea but a mistake as the idea was not thought out very well at all. There is no balance, and the loadout's are completely stupid. Half the item's on the list should already be in the suit, but some bright spark at Bungie (half of 343 is Bungie, and we all know that the stupidity of Reach followed in to Halo 4, hence "Bungie") thought it was a good idea to have a loadout for "Wheelman". Yeah, as if a Vehicle is stronger, because you are wearing an inplant. "NO !!!" Flinch. Another prime example of Bungie stupididty, and the list can go on. Whether the game was rushed or not, realistic idea's seemed to have come from a Christmas Cracker, but while i still love Halo 4, it is sadly flawed beyond belief. I spend most of my time playing Sp-Op's, because i am sick of all the crap in MM, the unfair Ordanance Drop's, Armour Load Out's that seem to make no sense and over powered weopon's. The Assault Rifle now seem's to be more powerful than a DMR, where is the sense in that. I do play MM, from time to time, and was excited to see the return of Sniper's, yeah, until "Flinch" reared it's ugly head. In one game, i had perfect head shot's lined up, and i was hit, i flinched and ended up looking at the bird's, instead of getting back to my target, 7 to 8 time's, in that one game. To say it is frustrating is an understatement. 343 should have been a new game's maker with new idea's, and not bring bad idea's from a previous game and mutating them into even badder idea's. As if Armour Lock was not bad enough, they really out did themselves on the Load Out's in Halo 4. I must admit, it was a good idea, but they over thought it and ruined it beyond it's capacity. Item's that the Armoured Suit should already have is a complete lunatic idea. Wheelman, and the other brainless item's have no sense to them at all. Halo 5 hopefully is thought out better, or i am afraid, Halo will die with 343.
