lol making a timezone is usually fairly hard. There's 2 distinct time's that aussies and easterners can usually get to play with western people. The first is 9PM EST; This is morning for us and night for you guys. Unfortunately it's also a few hours in the morning for europeans - which is why, from experience, its usually best to be 9PM Friday or Saturday. The second is 9AM EST; This time, it's night time for us, while it's also afternoon for EU. Obviously it dosn't need to be 9 specifically; this is just a time that I'm used to talking about.

People cared then. This is nothing new. It's just that E3 is gonna bring an onslaught of complaints.

I don't think it was like this in Halo 3 but it was certainly annoying that people could pepper your with DMR/BR shots in Reach/4 and destroy you within seconds - although in all honesty if your teammates had an ounce of skill and actually shot the dudes looking at the vehicles you'd be fine. Teamwork is the balancing factor here.

I PRAY that 343 includes a skill based ranking system. This was truly what made Halo, Halo. Gameplay is fun and all but at the end of the day there's really no other place where we can see a million people all playing the same thing just to be able to say they're more skilled and have a higher digital number than other people. That, in itself, would be enough incentive for me to play tons and tons and tons of Halo.

Just because you did something that went against some rules and stuff doesn't mean you are now against them. Lasky disobeyed an order and basically got a promotion from it. Cortana never 'liked' or 'hated' the UNSC; she was simply a part of it, and if there was something she disliked (Ackerson, for example) there would always be something she also liked (John, until she died.). Halsey is a civilian; and even then we know that her wish for 'revenge' isn't a 10/10 considering she did throw half the Janus Key to Thorne. Agent Locke might be searching for the UNSC, but he is still an ONI operative and I really doubt that such a character would be introduced and immediately 'go rogue' while searching for the Chief.
